By accessing, booking or using the facilities of Magic Place By Samy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Facilities

Our facilities are designed for the safe entertainment of children and families. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising children as appropriate.
• Ensuring children follow safety rules.
• Informing staff of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or special needs.
• Respecting age restrictions, capacity limits and usage rules for different areas.

3. Safety Rules

To ensure the safety of all visitors:

• Children must follow staff instructions.
• Food and drink are not permitted in play areas unless authorised.
• Adults may not access certain children's areas without staff authorisation.
• Any aggressive, dangerous or disruptive behaviour is prohibited.
• Staff reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for non-compliance.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made online, by phone, WhatsApp or in person, subject to availability.

A deposit of €100 may be required to confirm a booking. The booking is subject to confirmation and availability.

Cancellation, date change and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of celebration, lead time and contracted services.

5. Liability

Magic Place By Samy maintains its facilities in appropriate condition and complies with applicable regulations. However, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising and managing the behaviour of children in their care.

We are not liable for damage resulting from non-compliance with safety rules or misuse of the facilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and visual elements, belongs to Magic Place By Samy or is used with authorisation, and is protected by intellectual property law.

7. Photography and Video

Photographs or videos may be taken at events or celebrations only where consent has been given. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform staff.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Alicante, unless consumer protection regulations provide for a different jurisdiction.
